Welcome to the HisGrace Admission Portal. By creating an account and using this platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and using the HisGrace Admission Portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide a valid email address and confirm it within one (1) week of registration. Unverified accounts will be automatically removed after this period.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3. Unit-Based Pricing
- The platform operates on a unit-based pricing model. Each approved application or imported record consumes one (1) unit.
- Your first unit purchase must be a minimum of 50 units.
- Registration, school setup, form design, receiving applications, reviewing, rejecting, and requesting corrections are free.
- Units are required only for approving applications and importing previous year data.
- Unit prices are determined by your country and may change from time to time.
4. Inactive Accounts
- School accounts that have not purchased any units within three (3) months of creation, and have no sessions or applicants, may be automatically removed.
- It is your responsibility to purchase units in a timely manner if you wish to retain your account.
5. Payments
- All unit purchases are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
- Payments are non-refundable once units have been used.
- Unused units do not expire.
6. Data & Privacy
- You are responsible for the personal data of applicants entered into the platform.
- We store and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We employ industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and automated backups.
7. Acceptable Use
- You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or school data.
- You may not resell or redistribute access to the platform without written consent from HisGrace Software.
8. Service Availability
- We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.
- We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and software of the HisGrace Admission Portal are the property of HisGrace Software Co. Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
HisGrace Software shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for units in the preceding 12 months.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
